Know Your Well works with a group of interested high school students to learn the basics of groundwater, well construction and most importantly how to properly test your well for drinking water quality. Students from multiple schools across the state will both test and send samples to a university laboratory for additional tests and to compare their results to those from the laboratory. All results are confidential but will be collected and used by researchers to assess private well water quality across Nebraska.
